Barney
Barney is getting an old chap really & has been with us since he was a puppy. He is actually the Great Uncle of Alfie & Riley. Barney's favourite occupation is eating (!) & having cuddles & is the softest dog we know. Each morning Barney comes out with me to either muck out in the winter or check on the horses in the summer along with Alfie & Riley. Barney especially likes sitting on people's feet - we don't know why? But he is a big old softie & has actually helped a couple of toddlers learn to walk when he has got up & walked away & they didn't want him to go! Everyone wants to take Barney home with them, some children have even asked their parents to smuggle him back home in the car when leaving us.
Barney can find it difficult to move quickly now because of his arthritis & we think he may be a bit deaf now but that might just be conveniently deaf?!
